How to cancel an order that has been paid?

For wedding dresses and special occasion dresses: 

· Custom size: 

Orders canceled within 24 hours since paid will get full refund.

Orders canceled within 24-72 hours since paid will get 60% refund of total amount.

Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 40% refund of total amount. 

· Standard size 

Orders canceled within 24 hours since paid will get full refund. 

Orders canceled within 24-72 hours since paid will get 70% refund of total amount. 

Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 50% refund of total amount. 


For clothes,shoes etc. Orders canceled before shipment will get full refund. 

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products.Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); Norestocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

dresseu only accepts a partial or complete refund for the item that has problem due to our carelessness. That means we can not warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by dresseu.

 • We cannot accept returns for confirmed customer sized or customer self designed dress.

 • We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged by improper cleaning method.

 • Bear in mind that the quality problem is not including color aberration for it could exist due to PC monitor display effect and weather condition, but we can declare that our products are of good quality. Any uninformed returning of the item will not be credited.

 •Custom Clearance Taxes 
We do not accept the refund requets on you refusing to sign for the parcel because of the taxes.
All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U"(Delivered Duties Unpaid), can not be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international orders.

• You should contact us within 2 business days( from the date that the item is received) if you want to return the item back to us.

•  If you are going to ship an item back to us, you should contact our customer support first; our customer representative will clarify for you and you need to ship the item back to us within 14 days (from the date the item is received).Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package, (including the order number, receiver and the reason why return).

  •  We encourage customers to keep the dresses if there is only a little problem; we will refund 20%~30% to the people who alter their dresses in local.

  •    When you ship the dress, please mark the price is 5-10 dollars, for the dress is valueless to you.

   •  We can only warrant you refund after we receive the item in good conditions as we send to you. And you should be responsible for the shipping fee.


Size Errors

    Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1-2 inch in either direction of specified measurements. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered;
    We provide a modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress to us and get the dress modified within 7 working days. However, in this case, customer should responsible for the shipping fee forth and back.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at
